Ride the Tulsa Trolley to OctoberFest. The Tulsa Trolley will be adding Oktoberfest as a stop! You can catch the trolley at any of our designated stops and ride to the festival for free. Stops include 3rd and Elgin near McNellie’s, 18th and Boston, the Crow Creek Tavern on Brookside, Sharkie’s and the Empire Bar at 15th and Peoria.
